"Apply" stayed locked when a profile only needed an update

A fix for the update that 0.33.0 announces.

Fixed

• "Apply" stayed locked when a profile only needed an update. In Settings → Services → Quality profiles → Distribute, the button only worked when an instance was added or removed, so an "Update available" could not be applied there. It now writes the profile again on every ticked instance that is out of date, and says so first.
• Writing again could overwrite changes made by hand without a warning. When a ticked instance carries such changes, the dialog now says that they will be lost, also when you only add another instance.
